We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker (M/F) to join our luxury real estate agencies in Paris.

Founded in 2005, Propriétés Parisiennes Sotheby’s International Realty operates several luxury real estate agencies located on both banks of the Seine in Paris.

Propriétés Parisiennes is part of the Sotheby’s International Realty network, the global leader in luxury real estate. Today, Sotheby’s International Realty has more than 1,100 offices in 86 countries, including 70 agencies in France.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of business opportunities, including:

  • Prospecting for new clients and properties

  • Securing sales mandates

  • Managing a database of buyers and property owners

  • Advising clients throughout the sales process

  • Negotiating transactions through to the final signing of the deed of sale

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Proven experience in residential real estate

  • In-depth knowledge of the Paris luxury real estate market

  • Motivated, curious, dynamic, and responsive

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Broad general knowledge

  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory real estate environment

  • Excellent personal presentation, both in attitude and communication

  • Strong team spirit

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written

STATUS

Several types of engagement may be considered, including independent sales agent status or salaried employment with commission advances.
